- What counts as a small edit?
- Anything under about half a day: prices, photos, hours, staff, a new section on a page that already exists. Bigger than that gets scoped and quoted separately so it doesn't quietly eat the queue everyone else is waiting in.
- How fast do edits actually get done?
- Two to three days on most jobs on Full fit-out. They're turnaround targets rather than deadlines, and if something's tight we'll tell you when you ask rather than after you've promised it to somebody.
- Can you look after a site somebody else built?
- We'll look at it. If it's on something we can host and keep patched, we'll take it on. If it isn't, we'll tell you that and price a rebuild. An honest no beats a maintenance plan for a site nobody can safely touch.
- Can I pause the plan?
- Up to two months a year, billing and work both. Quiet winter, closed for a reno, whatever it is. Tell us and we'll park it, and it picks back up where it left off.
- What happens if I leave?
- It goes month to month after the minimum term and stops on 30 days' notice. Nothing switches off mid-month. The brand, copy and photographs are already yours; the site itself you can buy outright for six months of your rate, and we'll help you pack it up.
