- What does unlimited actually mean?
- Unlimited requests, one at a time, in a queue. Send as many as you like — we work them in order and tell you where yours sits. It's how every subscription shop of this kind works, and it's why the price stays where it is.
- What happens at the end of the minimum term?
- It goes month to month. Stop it whenever with 30 days' notice — nothing switches off mid-month and nothing re-starts at a higher rate.
- Do we own it?
- The brand, the copy and the photographs are yours from the day we hand over. The site itself runs on our hosting while you're on a plan; if you leave you can buy it outright for six months of your rate and we'll help you pack it up. Or pay once up front from $3.9k and own the lot on day one.
- Can we pause it?
- Yes — up to two months a year, billing and work both. Quiet winter, closed for a reno, whatever it is. Tell us and we'll park it.
- Why a setup fee if it's monthly?
- Because the first month is forty-odd hours of work and the monthly isn't. The setup fee covers the build getting off the ground; the monthly covers keeping it alive and changing it. It's still a fraction of the four to six grand an agency asks for up front.
- Can we spread the build fee?
- On a system, yes — skip the build fee and go on a higher monthly over 24 months instead. Same money in the end, easier on the till. Ask and we'll put both numbers in front of you.
- What if we're not in Christchurch?
- We work anywhere in Canterbury and take the odd job further afield. The photography day is the part that would need a different arrangement, so outside the region we'll either travel at cost, organise a photographer near you, or leave photos out of the plan.
